K-12 StudentsSUMMER RESEARCH TEACHING INSTITUTEA Major Discovery Institute InitiativeThe Summer Research/Teaching Institute has been a major initiative of the Discovery Institute for the past 12 years. Conducted through the month of July, high-performing science and math students, and promising students in the social sciences and humanities participate in discovery activities and gain research experience under the guidance of college faculty, high school teachers, and teaching scholars. The 16-day program culminates in a research expo where students present their work. |
